Who collects my package?
We send parcels has an agreement with DHL & UPS. When you book and pay via this website, your address and package details are automatically sent to either supplier and within minutes the collection is booked with the appropriate driver in your area for the date specified.
When will my package be collected?
Your package(s) can be collected on the day of request via DHL, providing your postcode meets the DHL cut off criteria at the time of booking. UPS collections default to next day, but you can specify if you need collection on subsequent dates.
How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
Click on the Quote & Book button to be taken through the quotation stage. Here you will find the services available and transit times based on your criteria.
Can I have a copy of we send parcels' terms & conditions?
The terms & conditions applicable are those listed on the terms & conditions page. When you check the box during the booking process you are agreeing to the terms & conditions listed on that page. Please read these carefully before proceeding.
How much will it cost to send my goods?
This depends on the weight and size of the package(s) the destination and the speed of service required. Click on Quote & Book to get a price.
How do I book a collection?

How do I pay?
You will be taken to a payment page after completing the Quote & Book process. Here you will have a choice to pay by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro or Solo.
What if I want Insurance?
We allow a maxiimum insurance amount of £1000 on this website. DHL services incur a £12 + vat minimum charge or 1.5% of the insured value, whichever is greater. UPS servicves incur a £3.95 + vat minimum charge or 1% of the insured value, whichever is greater.
